HCE Campus has 6 Conference/Seminar Halls, one in each Engineering discipline for carrying out the following events/activities:

3. Personality Development Classes for the Students
4. Technical Quiz Competitions  for the Students
5. Project/Dissertation Presentations by B.Tech./M.Tech. Students
6. Company Drives by Training and Placement Cell
7. Faculty Development Programmes by the College Departments
8. Delivering Lectures/Presentations by Faculty Members
9. Celebartion of Events such as Teachers Day/ Engineers Day by the College Departments
10. Meetings with Management Members/ Director-Principal / Academic Cell/ Training & Placement Cell

The College organizes various Programmes for updating the knowledge set and technical skills of the Faculty & other Staff members. For this, the College Trainings/Workshops/Seminars for making them aware about the recent trends being followed by the Companies/Industries. This improves and upgrades the knowledge of Faculty members for their research work which obviously helps them in supervising the Dissertation work of M.Tech. students. This also helps the Technical Assistants gaining the knowledge and information about various Softwares & Hardwares being used in the laboratories for the practical exposure of the students.
