Admission Guidelines

HINDU COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING ADMISSION GUIDELINES Session 2014-15

• The minimum Criteria for admission are fixed at above 45% Marks. All the candidates with a score above 45% can get confirmed admission on payment of full fees.

 

• Minimum Academic Qualifications for B.E. / B.Tech.

Should have passed in 10+2 examination from recognized Board/University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the following subjects: (a)  Chemistry (b)Bio-Tech (c)  Computer Science (d)Biology He/She should have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category i.e. SC category) in the above subjects taken together. (a)  For Kashmiri Migrants relaxation in cut-off percentage of up to 10% & for SC category up to 5% (for the Engineering institutes mentioned in Appendix-F) is applicable.   (b)Subjects of the minimum eligibility requirement in B.E./B.Tech. Kashmiri Migrants are required to fill the Merit Calculation form available at Annexure-XVI.  

• The College fee for all the B.Tech. Courses is Rs. 76,335/- that can be paid either in cash or through a DD drawn in favour of ‘The Director-Principal, Hindu College of Engineering, Sonepat’, payable at Sonepat.
